First, you have to setup your email address. Open Appearance >\u00a0Theme Setting > General<\/strong>\u00a0and setup your email address.<\/p>\n

Next is to add contact form fields. You must add 3 required fields. Name, Email and Message <\/strong>once you finish adding fields. Click Save changes button.<\/p>\n

You can enable captcha option using\u00a0Appearance >\u00a0<\/strong>Theme Setting > General\u00a0> Captcha Settings<\/strong>. Display captcha image to prevent possible spam<\/p>\n

Create a Contact\u00a0Page using Page Template<\/strong><\/p>\n

To display your contact form\u00a0on page, you have to create a contact page. Here are the steps to create a contact page.<\/p>\n

  1. Go to WordPress Dashboard >\u00a0Pages and click Add New<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Add page title and content. Then find\u00a0Page Attributes<\/strong>\u00a0box on the right side.<\/li>\n
  3. Select template begin with\u00a0Contact\u00a0<\/strong>as page template.<\/li>\n
  4. Find Page Option box and select\u00a0Page Sidebar<\/strong>\u00a0you want to display on contact\u00a0page.<\/li>\n
  5. Once you are done. Click Publish button<\/li>\n
