First you have to create a gallery.<\/p>\n

  1. From your admin sidebar, open\u00a0Galleries > Add New Gallery<\/strong>. You will get add new gallery form as below picture.<\/li>\n
  2. Enter Gallery\u00a0Title and Excerpt<\/strong>\u00a0for example short description about the gallery then click “Publish”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Next you have to add images to this gallery. From gallery admin page.\u00a0Click on “Upload Image” <\/strong>as below picture.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Then select images you want to upload to this gallery. Once you finish upload each image. It will automatically attach to this gallery.<\/li>\n
  5. You can also change image caption\u00a0and description by clicking image from\u00a0this page. If you want to change order of images within gallery. You can easily drag&drop image next to each one<\/strong>. Once you finish dragging, click “Update”<\/strong> to save changes.<\/li>\n
  6. Look at “Gallery Options” select “Gallery Photo Proofing”<\/strong> as gallery template and\u00a0save changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Gallery Comment<\/strong><\/p>\n

    You can enable comment feature for photo proofing page. Look at\u00a0“Discussion” \u00a0box and check “Allow comments”<\/strong> option.<\/p>\n

    Notify Photographer<\/strong><\/p>\n

    This functionality will let your client send notification email to your email address when they finished approved\/rejected images in selected gallery.<\/p>\n

    First you have to setup your email address in Theme Setting > General<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Next go to Appearance > Customize > Gallery > General >\u00a0Enable Notify Photographer<\/strong> option.<\/p>\n

    Display Photo Proofing Images Info<\/strong><\/p>\n

    You can change image information displays in photo proofing gallery so your client can communicate with you easier. You can\u00a0go to Appearance > Customize > Gallery > General >\u00a0Gallery Proofing Display Info<\/strong><\/p>\n
